Return Window: Carpets may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase.

Eligibility: Returned carpets must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Process: To initiate a return, contact customer care with your order number and a description of the reason for return. After approval, a shipping label will be provided or the customer will be instructed on return shipping.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective, shipped in error, or damaged upon arrival.

Inspection: Once the return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets eligibility criteria. Items not meeting condition requirements may not be refunded.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection, less any shipping or restocking fees, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-sized, used, or clearance carpets are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipment.
